What a brilliant all round service!! The initial meeting with Trevor was fantastic, and one of the main reasons we switched. Not pushy or forceful, just straight to the point no BS! Trevor and the team made the whole process very easy for me, they did all the ground work and made the switch quickly and smoothly with no interruptions to my business. Andy the technician was fantastic with the whole installation! Nothing was a problem and he worked around us! We have had the system just over a month now and very happy with everything !! Best of all Trevor managed to beat all the many other companies with the best prices and got us out of a contract early at no cost to us!! We would and will be highly recommending Maincoms to all Business.
I would recommend switching. Good service from start to finish from Trevor. He made the whole process from consultation through to installation nice and easy and stress free. The system we have now is prefect for us. Andy who installed everything was brilliant. He was with us early and stayed until we was all up and running. Good price and service. The aftercare is really good any problems its just a phone call to the team and is sorted in no time.

One of the standout features of Maincoms Ltd for us as a business is their personal service and support. We have been with Maincoms for over 10 years after a horrendous few years with one of the biggest telephone providers. The engineers at Maincoms actually installed our very first Mitel telephone system over 20 years ago and when Lance reached out to us 12 years ago to say the original team was back together as Maincoms, we jumped at the opportunity to have their team support us again for our business. Maincoms has a team of very experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are always available to assist us with our needs. Always available and very fast to answer any questions and resolve any issues we have. Maincoms fully supported our business throughout Covid to help keep us trading. Something we will always be very grateful for. 18 months ago, we took over a new site that had a very old SX2000 system that went end of life in 2008, I've attached a photo. Maincoms had the knowledge and skills to fully support the legacy system, including spare parts whilst we migrated the business over to a hosted IP solution. Maincoms then integrated the new site with our existing telephone system at HQ to expand our Sales Team across both Resorts. Maincoms have always been proactive in offering us new solutions that can save our business money. Maincoms are a reliable and trustworthy telecoms services provider. They offer a wide range of services, and commitment to customer service, and make a great choice for businesses looking for Telecom-related solutions.
We have been using Maincoms for our business VOIP phones for a few years now and they have always been brilliant. We recently had a problem after a fibre optic router swap. Mark couldn't fix the problem remotely, so made a site visit within 24hrs and went above and beyond in sorting out all of the issues. I cannot recommend Maincoms and Mark! highly enough. Fantastic service!
Trevor provided us with a very competitive quotation, and since then Maincoms has been great to deal with. The switch over was made effortless by the team and the follow up support has been efficient. Very happy with the service provided.
Maincoms are a fantastic company to deal with, From Mikes first visit right through to the completion of the installation the process was faultless, We did have a slight issue in regards to our new phone line being installed on time by BT but this was overcome within 24 hours by the guys at Maincoms. Would highly recommend.
The organisation that I work for ow a lot to Maincoms for their help, support and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done. We are a fast growing, demanding customer, but our account manager is always available to assist us, and anything we request is completed with speed, accuracy and amazing communication. The company I work for have had Maincoms support for over 10 years. When I joined around 8 years ago, I was introduced to Mark, one of their engineers, who actually came to our site and spent a whole day training me on the main Mitel system so I could support the business with some basic knowledge. Over the years, Maincoms have gone out of their way to not only answer any and all questions asked, they have endeavored to: -Save the business money with different solutions to problems -Respond to all issues within a couple of hours nearly always sorted over the phone or within minutes of calling -To teach me on the Mitel system to expand my knowledge to do my job better -To help me understand more about telephony in general -and much more but I could go on for a while. Maincoms stand out feature is the personal touch they add to their service and support. Each engineer is like your friend and that makes a massive difference as you know they care about what they do and care about their customers. A few years ago, a board within one of our nodes for our phone system broke at 5am, quick call to diagnose the issue and Dan was on his way within 20 minutes with a new board to fit. Although Maincoms is around a 5 hour drive from us, Dan arrived less than 6 hours after our initial call, and we were back up and running within 30 minutes of his arrival. During that time, Mark and Steve worked with me to provide work arounds for Sales calls that we had coming into the business and reverted it all back once the issue was fixed. You can't get better service than that.
Very happy with the product and the service. Everyone we have dealt with has been very helpful and professional. We now have a system that does everything we need. Would recommend.
