Schiit Audio Europe is not a standard retailer, this is a one of the few customer focused retailers out there. They have a real passion for audio,  a real pleasure to deal with this company. Highly recommended

I had some issues ordering so I contacted support to ask for help.  I was surprised but happy to receive a very quick reply from Mark, who helped me get a Schiit Vali 2 ordered (even though it was quite late in the evening)

I obviously haven't received my order yet (just paid for it 5 mins ago), but I'm already quite impressed with their customer service.
