Do not buy here. Its pot luck.  If your purchase develops a problem you are in a PC world of trouble.  My laptop developed an intermittent keyboard fault less than 3 months after purchase. The computer technicians in store have personally observed that some of the  keys were on the laptop were not working  on 2 separate occasions but because the ENGINEERS in a repair center have not seen this then Currys PC World refuse to acknowledge there is a problem. So they will not exchange or refund me , despite the Consumer rights 2015 bill.  There is no such thing as an intermittent fault in their world , totally shocking customer treatment . The Customer service department is akin to an obstructive insurance company who do their best to avoid paying out,  the phrase customer service is, in this case  a total misnomer.  Read the other reviews, be prepared to pay a bit more for peace of mind, and look elsewhere,  John Lewis to be precise

I received unhelpful service with regards to my faulty laptop battery. As a consequence, I bought my new laptop from a different retailer. That said, and to be balanced, the range of products in PC World is extensive and the prices are usually competitive.

The staff were friendly and were happy to help. Situated conveniently in a retail park with ample parking.

Couldn't find what I was looking for so went to look for a member of staff. After waiting 20 minutes I managed to catch the attention of a staff member. However, his response was to point vaguely and mumble almost inaudibly that he was busy and something about Apple (My enquiry had nothing to do with Apple). A helpful customer overheard my question and showed me where I needed to look. Unfortunately the item in question was 3 times more expensive than a superior product I had already seen online, so no purchase was made

It's always nice to walk through a shop and pick up the item you are interested in and get to feel it inbyour hands or see what that big screen tv really looks like. I hope I am wrong, but I fear online shopping is going to kill it.
