Utterly terrible experience in store today. I always try to shop on the high street to support British businesses but this is a prime example of why Jessops failed before and probably will again. Spoke to the call centre before a visit to query a price match. A helpful sales agent (Lewis) checked online and confirmed that they could do the price match on memory cards £69.99 (to Currys which had the item in stock at £44.99) and that I could do this in store. Just mention I've spoken to him and he's happy to confirm by phone. Placed the order to collect and arrived at store to be met by an unhelpful colleague who first of all (wrongly) insisted Curry's didn't sell the item. He eventually found it but then told me it was now out of stock at the local Currys (in the time it had taken me to get my 3yr old ready and out the door). I referred him to Lewis at the call centre but he wasn't interested and wouldn't even make a call to check. A total waste of a couple of hours as I end up walking out of the shop and immediately ordering that identical product on Amazon for delivery tomorrow at only £30.78. Customers want to support businesses like Jessops but some belligerent staff members are clearly intent on putting themselves out of a job.

Couldn't believe the fantastic price guide so reasonable plus the stuff are super helpful.

Went for taking passport photos, staff were really helpful and it was done in no time. Price is also reasonable.

Jessops remains my go to place for prints when I don't have time to wait for them to arrive from an online lab. Yes they can be busy and are more focused on selling people cameras etc than the lab side of things, but when I've needed things urgently they've usually been able to help and they guys in there do tend to actually know what they are talking about. Definitely worth a visit if you're wanting good advice on what to buy, and they new photo lab computers are a huge improvement on the first generation, so good work!
