Of all the CEX locations I've visited, this one has the best customer service. Staff are always friendly and will happily chat as much or as little as you're in the mood for. There's usually a great selection of games available, which is good for presents. It's a shame they're not located more centrally in the Eden centre, but despite this they're still worth a visit if you're looking for a deal on tech.

Never had an Issue with CEX always have had any questions answered and have always recived great customer service and have never had any issues when selling to them.

There is a great selection of Games / DVDs / Technology and music on offer for great prices , would definitely recommend

PROS: Well staffed and very helpful. 

CONS: I checked on the website for a game they said they had in stock. When i got there they didn't have it.
