I've bought two snails for my fish tank One was empty shell Why they didn't check it out before sell It for 3 pound Absolutely outrageous poor customer service I'll no going to get anything at that shop

The only reason it gets 2 stars are for the selection of fish. I used to work in the trade so I know how a shop like this should operate. The staff, most are nice but some look down their nose at you and talk to you like you're stupid. They will sell any fish to anyone with no consideration of the lives they are putting in the customers hands. They don't care if you have a small tank, they will still sell you a fish that grows far too big for it. I have had fish from them in the past but never again. They nearly always end up dying. Massively over priced on the marines section too. Very disappointed with my experiance of this place.

Great shop with friendly and helpful staff. The staff are all really knowledgeable and happy to help out with questions. Usually have a good selection of fish both cheap and expensive, same with Coral if it's not all been sold!
