Cafe as lovely as ever. Aquatics area is very run down and could use a good renovation and tidy up, the stock is low and what's there is very old. Hope it improves for next spring!
Very unhelpful staff, both seemed as though we were an inconvenience even though we ended up spending just over £300 on a pond liner. We needed it that day, so could not go elsewhere a shame as we have had good service in the past.
Great supplier of anything you may need for aquatic interests. Superb stock, Expert advice always readily available. Always go the extra mile to help you with any problems!!
We sat outside on the pavement area which was nice however they served the coffee in a cardboard cup, citing breakage for the reason. All other pavement cafes serve the drinks in cups. Latte was not the best, a bit on the weak side. There are lots of coffee shops around so no need to return here.
An absolute brilliant aquatic and reptile shop. Hundreds of different items and varieties to look at. Knowledgeable staff who are always on hand for help, questions or queries. I've attached a picture to show how they even stock the weirdest of breeds.
I had to match up several different size pipes after buying a new vu light. After a bit of searching options the assistant found me a perfect solution. Great service as always.
Great garden Centre and Aquatic home to many species of fish and various tanks for your home and garden. It has a lovely cafe selling freshly baked and prepared foods and snacks.
Absolutely blooming with colour everywhere ..plants look so healthy and looked after..cafe restaurant serve excellent food ..you must try it ..
Local, helpful, and friendly. Obviously living locally, we get to know one another. Their service is impeccable through and through. Fantastic restaurant with a fantastic range of garden, garden, and indoor items. I have been shopping here for the past 13 years now and have won two garden competitions with my purchases over the years.
Very large space, but very poorly stocked for my purposes Tropical. In fairness, it appears to be better stocked for owners of outdoor fish tanks. It is very run down, with too many empty spaces and a rather poor selection of fish. I'll likely be returning at some point so will update if my next experiences are better, I've been there twice now.
