Had to give one star to even leave a review on this place. Alot of poorly & dead fish in the tanks. Fish kept with fish they shouldn't be kept with resulting in Alot of fin nipping, bulling / killing of fish mates. Act like know it alls but know next to nothing about fish keeping. #PetsAtDeath Would rather travel to Pinxton.

I practically live at pets at home. Owning rats, cat, dogs and tropical fish I'm in there at least three times a week if not more. The staff are so friendly and do work hard. One name to mention in particular is Sam his knowledge on aquariums is fantastic; as we always rush in with some sort of problem from a naughty krisbenis fin nipping to algae. I honestly think we've had it all and he's always helped us out. Honestly I cannot give the staff credit enough they have always been pleasant and helped us out. Arived at 10 to 6 told it was ileagal to sell fish will be avoiding this place now
