I've had one ok experience here, and one truly horrible. The make manicurist was rude, unfriendly, didn't speak a word of English, rough with the manicure and inaccurate with the polish.

Booking ignored, waited about 50 minutes. Nails all different lengths and acrylic different thicknesses. Nail polish applied carelessly and rushed for the next customer. The electric filing was overly used to the point I could see the pinks under my natural nails and during the filing it made me flinch a few times it hurt that much. Nails effortlessly came off after 2 days, so effortlessly I didn't realise one that came off. Within a week 5 came off and I went back to the nail bar and they were rude, told me it was my fault and I would have to pay for them to be fixed. Poor service, no customer care. Most expensive in this area that I have seen, I expect for £28 my nails last more then two days. They also removed my review on there Facebook page from others being able to see it.

Not as good as it looks, lady didn't speak English, rushed my nail colour, didn't look good at all and then over charged me, I was glad to leave
