Awful result. While the lady was very friendly and sweet, I have never experienced such pain during and after my thread. I couldn’t touch or move my brows for a day, the shape was fine I just needed to pluck a couple to get the perfect shape for me. The TINT was shocking. I had to go home and scrub with micellar water and baking soda & shampoo to get off the horrendous shape that wasn’t even the shape of my eyebrows. I think next time I’d rather spend £40 instead of £15 to avoid the whole ordeal againService: Eyebrow threading

I was asked to leave a review after I got my nails done here and strongly encouraged to do it before I even left the room… I’m now editing my overall positive review to say that I do not recommend this place for nails. My gel nails lasted all of about 3 days and when I called she told me that this was because I had “short nails”! Funny that because my nails are always short and I’d never had this happen in another place…
Had a face wax and brow threading. Very quick wax which just seemed to be ripped off. No care taken. Woken up with terrible, sore rash all over waxed areas. Missed hairs on brow threading and no tidying up of long hairs. Awful experience. Will never return.Service: Waxing

I had really bad experience today . Today i do my threading of eye brow from here . The staff who did my threading was not gentle it was so pain full . I said her that it is pain full she did not care about that and continue threading . After they done it was not properly done , and her response was this much only she can do. also around my eye brow it's still pain full . There is a 2-3 scratches and cuts around my both eye brow . I am so sad about this matter
I dropped in and got lucky. Had a good massage 30mins and an eyebrow wax. I think the prices are extremely reasonable. I had a lovely lady for my treatments.Service: Eyebrow shaping
I came to the Tunbridge Wells salon on Monday afternoon to get my eyelashes extension done. I requested the staff that I would like the eyelashes longer like my existing leftover eyelash extension and I was told this was achievable. When removing the excess eyelash extension instead of putting a cream to remove the glue she was plucking/ pulling the eyelashes whilst stuck with my natural eyelashes. This is not the first time I’ve requested my leftover eyelash to be removed and I am fully aware that this is not the right way to remove it. Moreover, the service was very poor. While I was waiting for her - I sat on a chair for 15 mins whilst she was busy serving and focusing on other customers. Ultimately, your staff did not do what was promised also after less than 24 hours the eyelashes was already falling and the glue that was used are visible making my eyelashes messy and twisted. From my experience, eyelash extension should lasts around maximum 3 weeks. I had to attend an important this week and rather than get compliments on my eyes I get bad feedbacks from people. This is not the first time I’ve done eyelash extension as I usually go to London and St. John’s Road Tunbridge Wells , so I am aware of the procedure, the results and I usually get compliments from friends. I hate to give negative feedback but this service is unacceptable and does not worth £55. I came to visit the salon today and was told to come back as they can’t do anything right now and asked me to get an infill which is additional £8.. This is not acceptable as it’s not only wasting my time but also wasting my petrol and money to park my car! If I knew this was the service I was getting I should’ve bought a box of individual eyelashes from boots which cost less than £10! I will not recommend this to anyone, in fact I think everyone should go to St.John’s in front of Skinners School. I am not here to disrespect the company but just sharing my awful experience!
