Excellent taxi firm friendly operators and drivers, just like all other taxi firms in peak times they take longer to pick you up they have never let me down
It is the best taxi service
Took over an hour to come and had to ring them twice and they say there only 10mins away it was another 25mins in the freezing cold rain waiting to take my grandad from the hospital back home. No complaints about the driver he was very polite.
Not bad if you don't mind a 40 minute wait
Disgusting company. Said 20 mins, took 30 and then made me wait in the rain and claimed that no one was there. Would never recommend this company. Bad customer service and could do with better staff.
My mum and I use Connect Cars on a regular basis. Most of the drivers are friendly and helpful and there are a few odd ones who aren't. On the whole, we've never had any issues with them and will continue to use them.
