Cleanliness poor in changing rooms and toilets.  Reception don't remind you about lockers when you pay and so have to go back to reception with children for a lock in costumes, as can hardly leave children by pool. Not helpful when know you've paid for one adult two plus children.  Showers not working. Generally run down. Plus side warm small pool. Cannons actually working properly this time. Lots of floats etc.

Parking is a nightmare. Machines don't give change. Also machine swallowed at least £1.80 with no ticket given. 

Inside without warning they have changed their lockers because of the pound coin change. Now you have to hire a padlock for £4.  Like I said this was without warning. With the problem with the parking machine I had ran of of change and they couldn't let me off 30 pence. (Even though it was the price of hiring a padlock which would of been refunded anyway). 

The lady at the reception desk had no people skills and just sat there grunting at me. 

Obviously I had to leave and go to the bank to get more money to find on my return I had to pay for parking all over again. Again explained the situation to the on site parking warden who didn't speak a word of English and didn't look like he give a damn anyway. 

Our day was completely ruined and I will not be going back.

Another filthy leisure centre from the royal borough! You have to provide your own locker pad lock or buy one from them! No nappy bin in the family changing rooms! Some nice staff though.

The Magnet is the best place if you want a value for money gym membership. Yes, the facilities require some TLC and the management is a bit if a nightmare, finding parking is also crazy at times...but the staff and instructors are the best people in the world. Offering a wide variety of classes for everyone incl. my favourites; Spinning, Body Pump and Hot Yoga, there is also an online platform where you can book onto classes up to ten days in advance - just remember to cancel if you can’t make it as it takes a spot away from someone on the waiting list. If group fitness isn’t your thing you can hit the treadmill or work in the free weights section. There is also a sauna, a pool and they have swimming for little ones. I’ll be sad when the gym relocates to Braywick Park in 2019 as it won’t be five minutes walk from my house.

Very good. Staff are helpful and it’s not usually busy. It could do with a bit of renovation and a good clean!!
