if you've never tried Yoga, Inspire is the place to start. The Staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome. The teachers are awesome and teach you to challenge yourself and learn at a pace which suits your abilities or in my case lack of. I've been going to Inspire for the past two years and hopefully for twenty more.

Inspiring! As a complete newbie to yoga I had no idea what to expect from my taster class - I loved it and signed up for a membership, now going 3-4 times a week. 

With a variety of classes there is something for everyone, from gentler classes focused on relaxation, to challenging power classes, and everything in between. All the teachers are enthusiastic and encouraging and many of the moves have variations allowing everyone to work to their own level.

The studio itself is spotless and well located within Maidenhead town centre. 

I've definitely become a hot yoga convert thanks to Inspire.

I joined Inspire when they opened in August and haven't looked back.  I am hooked and have found it life changing!  As a distance runner it has helped me with my core strength, flexibility and breathing. From the moment I walk through the door all the stresses of the outside world get left behind as I am in this wonderful environment which supports and encourages me to focus, slow down and be more mindful. The teachers are all wonderful, patient and encouraging and I am amazed at how much my flexibility has increased and how much healthier my body feels overall - I sleep better, feel rested and just generally much more focused day to day.  The studio is fantastic, clean and spacious - so thrilled we finally have such a great facility in Maidenhead.

I've been going to classes since the day they opened.  Absolutely love it.  I am always welcomed with a big cheery smile!  I'm not a fan of running or the gym but with yoga I have found something I really enjoy.  I actually look forward to it, which is something I've never felt about exercise before!  The studio is clean and welcoming and the atmosphere one of positivity and enthusiasm.  Inspire have put together a great collection of teachers who very much make you feel at ease and welcome, whether experienced or a total beginner to yoga.
I have a pretty stressful job and I find that hot yoga really sets me up for the day ahead and acts not only as a means of getting fit but also as a way of calming the mind. x

Inspire Hot Yoga is the best thing to have happened to Maidenhead.
All the teachers are so lovely, passionate about yoga, knowledgeable and welcoming. I have become hooked on yoga and try to go at least three times a week. I am someone who didn't do any exercise before Inspire Hot Yoga opened. Now I'm obsessed about when I can fit in the next class, and I know I'm not alone in feeling like this.
The studio is of very high quality. No corners were cut in furnishing and equipping it. It is always clean and welcoming. The students are all varied, different ages and ability. Not at all intimidating for newbies.
