Greta little spot if you have a day layover in London with kids. Easy to get to, great pool and slides. Little escape room in the same complex, and nice walk by the Thames just outside.

I hate to put 3 stars because the staff were really helpful, its just that the place itself hasn’t changed since 20 years. Theres mould everywhere, on the foamie barriers in the pool to their walls and floor. You feel gross swimming there.nnThere are good slide options for under 10s. And the wave machine is fun. Just wish it was cleaner.nnThe cafe was okay but they seemed to have run out of everything when we bought food from there.

Really lovely staff, so friendly. We were met on Tuesday by a lovely kind lady, who had the best customer service 12 o clock we didn't catch her name. But, she was so thorough and offered us some help as were visiting the area on our holiday. But, to be fair all of the staff were lovely and kind. It shows that ypu must have lovely cohesive team. The kids and I enjoyed the swim session and slides.

Awesome place to relax and have fun for kids and adults.nThe staff are polite and helpful.nThe atmosphere is amazing and well entertained by DJ'snThe location is good, close to the town centre and the wonderful castle, it is  just a few min away from the railway station.

Very unsafe place. My bag with clothes and phone was stolen while I was swimming with my son, leaving us with nothing to change into. Staff were unhelpful, emails about cancelling my membership are being ignored, and there was no proper support. Be very careful with your belongings.
