Don’t let the website filled with body kits fool you. They don’t keep anything in stock, even if marked as “in stock”. They’ll make you wait a week after purchasing before telling you it’s not available. Would highly recommend calling them to confirm if they actually have items in stock before wasting time making a purchase. From my experience I have a feeling most of the items they list as “in stock” are just for show. Let down. *****TO CLARIFY FROM THE OWNERS COMMENTS, No I did not “confuse your website” with someone else, I think that just goes to show the maturity of this company. They are really a compete waste of time and don’t appear to stock any items. They don’t seem to have access to anything they claim to sell. After purchase you’ll wait a WEEK and have to EMAIL THEM before they let you know that they aren’t shipping you anything! WASTE. OF. TIME.

Can not fault these guys customer service was excellent I had a issue with the delay on a bumper I ordered after a phone call asking where it was as was told it will be couple weeks max. I was put at ease and reassured it was on the way. The guys at sales explained there was a issue from manufacturer and after bumper arrived which looks Awsome can’t wait to have it fitted the guys at sales refunded me delivery costs because of the delivery delay. All in all great company and will definitely use these guys again

Horrible company, scammers claiming to be a legitimate company but actually frauds out to cheat money from innocent customers. I posted a review on how they failed to rectify their error in the shipment of a wrong and defective lip for my car and that was more than 1 and a half year ago. Thereafter they promised to rectify it and send a new one. However till today that promise and representation has not been kept. None of my emails asking updates have been answered. No attempt to refund were made. I have clearly been cheated. Please stay away from this company, most good reviews are false and made from people who are connected to them and not from actual buyers!.

Awesome Service and great prices. The wife wanted some headlight eyelash kits and bonnet bra for her Ford KA, Rob in sales helped guide me through it all and made sure it was the right parts for her car. Really great service, fast delivery and well packaged, I will use again.

Totally disappointing experience. Ordered my products and was advised I would receive them within 1-2 weeks which at the time seemed reasonable since they were coming from overseas. 2 months later, nothing turns up. I email them, they blame customs but then can't provide tracking number. I had to keep emailing as no-one updated me as to what was going on. Finally after 3 months they turn up. Both boxes were poorly packed and practically falling apart. Hardly any packing material and cardboard was so soft I could put my foot through it. Container of adhesive just floating around in the bottom of the box. Complained to the company. According to them packing was sufficient. Haven't received any decent explanation for the conditions of the goods or shipping delays. Offered me a measly $30 for the inconvenience. Told them to keep it. Will never buy anything from this place again. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S COMMENTS - My order was not a special order. I simply couldn't check the items out because your cart doesn't let you pick any other country than the UK. I got told a few weeks at most for delivery not 3 months. I asked to cancel my order since I didn't get any notifications about the delay and I was told that wasn't an option. I sent you photos showing the damage to the packaging. The parts were damaged also. They have abrasion and contact marks from where they have come in to contact with who know's what while half hanging out of their boxes. Your response to all my complaints? Not interested and tried to get rid of me by offering a measly $30.00. I wrote this Google review because of the bad service I received and then you send me a sarcastic email. I quote "Thank you for your kind Google review. Best of luck with your parts and I hope your car looks great with them on." THAT'S A REALLY PROFESSIONAL WAY OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION. CLEARLY YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN IN RUNNING A BUSINESS
