A couple of years ago I purchased some Focal speakers from this company and inadvertently disposed of a couple of parts that, at the time, I was sure I didn't need. 2 years down that line and a change of mind, I did need them. On the off chance, I called them. Amazingly, they had what I needed and even more impressive, they were on my kitchen table the following day and were supplied FOC, including postage. Great customer service, fast delivery and a good product range. There was an error with my order when it was delivered and I had to email to get it corrected. Within 5 mins of my email I had a response and tracking number for the replacement item which arrived with me next/day.
I'm based in Sydney Australia and I ordered a set of Mudstuff window blinds for my 110 from these guys after contacting a company here who make a similar product but was told there was a three month waiting list. I needed them sooner for snow trips and so ordered with MudStuff. They were shipped the next day Fri and arrived and were on my Defender by the Tuesday. So impressed and happy with the product. Where the magnets can be used is a genius idea. Plus now when I camp in the back I'll get a lie in in the morning. Result.
Ordered one of the expedition boxes after the cut off for next day delivery, still arrived the next day with no fuss. The box is super sturdy and will easily double as a seat while camping, even for a 95kg person. This was also a tester to see if I could fit our car camping gear in these boxes and if it fit in our boot with the dog crate, all spot on so will be ordering three more shortly to finish the car camping kit.
Ordered the rear table for the new defender. Order was shipped promptly to Australia. The quality, design and overall fit and finish were beyond my expectations. Such a quality bit of kit. Great company.
I ordered a Ram phone mount for my bike. It came within24 hrs, unfortunately we were out at the time .We couldn’t find it anywhere, so I rang Mud for help. Fay in customer service couldn’t have been more helpful, a replacement was ordered without any fuss. It came the next day brilliant! PS it’s a great piece of kit too.
I’m totally brand new to Defender ownership and loving it so starting the journey of looking at upgrades, accessories etc soon became mind-blowing with so many suppliers out there but….finding Mud was the best move so far. Their site is amazingly easy and simple to use and so informative to newbies like me. Called for some parts advice and was greeted by Kevin who was fantastic. I’ll be using these guys a lot over the years ahead. Carry on the great work MUD!

Great store, always comes next day and everything I've bought so far over the years has been great quality.
Excellent service from Kev, Fay and Stuart. Great products underpinned by great knowledge. They are always happy to help and advise wherever they can. They don't supply your normal cheap tat so don't expect Primark prices, its good specialist gear at a fair price.
