I got batteries for 3 clocks today as I did for one of them a couple of years ago. Bun when I got home I remember why shouldn't go there again. I can understand they cannot guarantee waterproofing after a battery replacement to some point, but I expect the gasket taken out of the watch to be replaced back again properly after the battery replacement. You can clearly see the gasket out of the clock which I noticed later back home. this is unacceptable for a professional! Isnt it?
I have a wall clock with a photo of a well loved and passed on Welsh sheepdog. Clockworks very efficiently and in minutes put a german movement on. Taff is still working perfectly!! Thank you so much. Waiting for this virus to stop and him to open again. Mum needs 2 clocks repairing
Took nearly 5 months to have two pocket watches serviced and cleaned and one had a winding spring replaced neither watch kept the correct time thought this was supposed to be part of the service one that was supposedly cleaned and serviced has never worked right since. Never patronise the place again.
The phone never gets answered so it is impossible to get a repair, not worth the effort of trying this place
Called in today for a watch battery replacement. Fitted there and then and at a reasonable price . Ill certainly be calling in again and would recommend to people.
The owner was very helpful. The service was really efficient.
