Amazing. Really good quality and great prices. They cover all ends from cheap and cheerful to luxury. I purchased a bathroom for a renovation project, quick delivery to home for free and even when there was a small part/screw missing months later when we came to the install, they were happy to help and was sorted within minutes. Would 100% recommend

How glad we were to find this little gem of a SHOP. Thank you.
Paid over £150 for a bath and side panel. Bath plumbed in to find the bag had been ordered wrong by the shop and was too small. Contacted the shop and was told we had to pay for another bath as it had been plumbed in. Paid an extra £60 for another bath which was totally different design from what we had originally ordered for it to arrive with no waste pipe or legs-told we had to use the ones we had sent with the other bath. Disgusting avoid avoid avoid. You can get a cheapet and nicer bath from B and Q overall we have spent over £200. Only positive Delivery drivers polite and the lady on the phones tried to help and was polite however I will not return at all
These reviews must be made up. I found them unhelpful hard to by a bathroom from and ended up elsewhere to buy my bathroom after 2 weeks of this lot!! I'm surprised they are still in business. Worst place I've ever dealt with. I'd have put 0 stars if that was adoption. AVOID
Not impressed, got there at about 3.30, door locked but lights on, shutters open but no one in, hung around for 40 mins, kept ringing every 10 mins, no answer. Gave it up as a bad job and went home. Not really a good way to run a business, could have put a note on door!!!
Terrible service. Don't communicate, no reply to messages or emails. Just ignore you even when you want to place an order. Very unhelpful and rude. Worst customer service I've experienced. Avoid!
Fantastic bathroom shop. Lots of choice of new and seconds at a really reasonable price. Staff really helpfull. Bathroom i ordered came quick. Defiantly recommend here.
please dont use this shop unless you want loose your money and not recive your items, as us wait over month and stuff came damaged and missing parts half of shower enclosure missing bath damaged and cant get any help from staff or money back
