Right in the heart of Windsor is this full of character pub which has food and function rooms. There is no pub car parking, but a couple of multi storey car parks are a few minutes walk away. There is a roof top outside eating area and smoking area. It has gas heaters so the whole area is kept warm when it gets cold. There is a good food menu, and staff are really friendly. This has a trendy feel to it.

This pub is less than 2 minutes walk from my office; but the convenience factor is outweighed by the fact that it's simply an excellent establishment. Amazing selection of real ales (over 10) and brilliant bar food - the £7 steak ciabatta is absolutely delicious. I haven't ordered anything off the main menu as of yet. So if you're in central Windsor, avoid the obvious haunts nearer the castle and stroll down the hill to Sheet Street. You won't regret it.

If your looking for an all round good pub, the corner bar ticks most boxes. Firstly it’s a really friendly and relaxed pub. The service is good and polite and the decor is casual, yet still cosy and inviting. The beer selection is pretty good and varied with plenty of ales, local and regional, as well as ciders and lagers. The food, while not amazing is pretty good if you’re just looking for hearty pub grub. Although te beef steak was particularly good as the meat was good quality and it was cooked just right. An added bonus are the friendly locals with their dogs, which seem to be regular pub-goers in their own right, adding a nice even friendlier vibe to the place.

Brilliant night out. A really good singer entertained us. Good selection of local beers. Men's loos were pretty disgusting though which let it down a bit.

Had a delicious roast here yesterday and the bar staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout, including recommendations on the beers and tasters.
