Group of 12 women down from Glasgow for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and happend to come across this bar . Can honestly say we had a fabulous night , great prices and the 2 girls behind the bar tracy and Bria couldn't do enough for us . Definitely a credit to your bar . Thanks for a great night
Lovely clean friendly pub Barmaid didn't catch her name was fabulous just like her cocktails!!! Queue to get in proves its popularity Recommend a visit if in Largs. Returned today 13/4/22 Barmaid is Tracey ; cocktails just as fabulous. Still friendly and clean, tables cleaned between customers. HIGHLY recommend Be back in September- FABULOUS
Nice service. Was a country rock singer when I was there on a Sunday. Last orders were 9.15 pm ...a bit early to end the the night.....for me. Enjoyed and would recommend.
Nipped in for a soft drink before our train and I'm glad we chose here. Incredibly cheap and the young lady serving I think I heard a regular address her a "Allana" was exemplary. A very cheery welcome, lovely service, nice atmosphere.
Macaulay in largs was a very warm and welcoming pub with, a good atmosphere would recommend it if you are into karaoke, spent an enjoyable Sunday afternoon in it last week, why not give it a try the next time you are in largs, you wont be disappointed, guaranteed.
DO NOT GO TO THE PLACE!!! my wife had her bag stolen from here. The staff couldn't of cared less, they didn't offer to help, check CCTV, nothing. Before the bag was stolen the barmaid served us wrong drinks then tried to charge us again for the correct drinks. The place is that bad a man came over to us abs said my wife's bag was the second to be stolen that night. Clearly the norm for this place
Went in on Saturday night with two friends. I was looking forward to the karaoke. We went in and order red wine and a cider discover they didn't have any. We couldn't believe it we ask why and if we could bring our own. The manager was very abusive towards us swearing yelling get out what a horrible man obviously doesn't care for his business..he needs social skills and go to anger management classes.
On the main thoroughfare threw the centre of Largs and across from the Train Station and on the main Bus Route ; so very easy to get there . Prices are very competitive , right across the board , and are easy on the pocket . The pub in general could do with a bit of redecorating . Can't put my finger on it but the atmosphere is a bit unusual and borders on a ' passing through customers only ' feeling . On the plus side it has a Karaoke on over the weekend which tends to brighten the place up a bit . Worth a passing visit for a quick drink .
