Absolutely first class service - couldn't have asked for better! MacBook posted Wednesday received and repaired by Mac Upgrades on Thursday and back with me on Friday - unbelievable service!

I would never use this company again! They carried out a hard drive upgrade and damaged one of the RAM slots whilst carrying out the work and then came up with every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't their fault. Their approach to customer service is poor and they believe they are unaccountable for any damage made during their repair work. I took in a machine in full working order and now have a RAM slot no longer working so effectively have half the RAM that I had before I took it into them. Beware this is not a reputable company!

Doug, Michael were top customer service support today! Honestly the company website has provided always the default check for all my machines! I can't wait to meet them in person now and start talking more macs and sharing some beautiful possibilities to do great work. Highly recommended!!! Top service online as well. Normally this kind of IT support is very expensive and they are humble and professional at all level!

I cannot praise Mac Upgrades enough for saving my bacon with the dreaded Yosemite! I added it and it completely messed up my Logic Studio 9 programme. They added a new drive, moved all my docs and programmes to the new drive on Snow Leopard and everything worked brilliantly. They kept the old drive with Yosemite, in the hope Apple would fix the problem (they still haven't as at Nov 2016!) The charge was really reasonable, and actually negligible compared to not being able to use Logic . I really did not want Logic X, I know my Logic Studio 9 like the back of my hand and just want to work! Thank you Mac Upgrades. On my way to them NOW for a MacBook track pad! Paul TJ O'Neill
