Quick work, fairly priced. And if you are, like me, techno-thick, the explanations of what is wrong and what is needed are pitched such that I actually now know what went wrong and what's been put right. So, excellent and interesting!

I have used Mac Repair on several occasions now and can not fault the service. My hard drive was failing and my Mac was returned to me exactly as it was before it failed. Even down to the desktop icons and settings etc.. I booted it up and was working as normal within seconds. Only problem I had was going in the wrong door...

Helpful, very knowledgable and put the customer’s needs first. Craig gave really helpful advice and fixed my Mac in a few hours - drop off to pick up in a day, during lockdown, in the snow. Although I’d not want my Mac to break again, I’m easy in the knowledge I now know exactly who to go to for help. Excellent. Highly recommended.
