Highly recommended. Jorge was patient and reassuring after I consulted him in a bit of a flap after potentially exposing my laptop to a scam. He resolved my issue speedily and efficiently.
George was really helpful and fixed my laptop hinge issue for a good price. From the moment i spoke to him on the phone he had a "can do" attitude and got my laptop ready for before Christmas despite not managing to find the part needed. He described how he'd fixed it and what he needed to do to avoid further breakage and i was happy with the result. Would recommend!

Bought my computer from computers direct a year ago. Started having problems with crashes and corrupt files. Took it back to George and he replaced hard drives and reloaded windows, sorted all problems. He didn't charge me and wouldn't take anything for labour. What a hero great customer service
