Huge massive thank you to Dan who worked extremely hard to help me under a lot of pressure. I went in with a problem with my phone and he went down every avenue possible to help me. I now have a working phone and couldn’t be more appreciative for everything he did. I was extremely stressed and needed a phone for safety with current situations going on in my life. He didn’t need to go above and beyond but he did without hesitation. Also a massive thank you to Brit who originally spoke to me and you was very friendly polite and welcoming.

Great friendly staff who talks us though the problem we had with our new apple watch as well as how to use it. They definitely know their products.  Store is spacious have easy access and great location. It's also nicely presented and we was able to see all the products even when busy.

I Went to the store to purchase some new AirPods. The young girl in store was so helpful and friendly. She spent plenty of time showing all all features of the product and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely experience made all the difference. Thanks Ella

Very poor experience, staff couldn’t care less, won’t stop their conversations if you ask them for help and purely just ignore you while they talk with one another. Guy that sold us the watch was more concerned about how much he hates working at apple and how he’d rather be on holiday.  Go to the Leeds store, much better in comparison

I had a fantastic experience overall. The moment I entered, I was greeted by a member of staff to assist with what I came for. I had booked an appointment for a display screen issue on my MacBook. Super friendly staff and didn’t have a long waiting time. The technician, Cassie, that dealt with my issue was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better staff. She helped me go through each options to try and fix the display and ultimately wrote me the diagnostics of the issue so I can take it to the reseller shop I bought the MacBook from originally to see if they can further help with the repair cost. Fast-forward a couple weeks, I managed to get a refund! Highly recommend this Apple Store, the staff are eager to help the best they can :. Thanks Cassie!

I bought a phone case from them 9 months ago. The case fell apart after gentle use over the 9 months and the staff, manager included couldn’t care less. If you want to buy apple products go somewhere that actually cares about their customers

Always a great experience going in the Apple store as you would expect, but that means it gets really busy hence 4 stars, so pick your visit time wisely. Enjoy.

Beautiful experience, very professional and supportive staff. Welcoming but busy environment guess everyone is trying to get an apple product. Good initiative to have emoji design classes for kids.

I went to meadowhall looking for a jacket and a couple of top. All I got was some makeup from boots. I'm in my early 50s. The jackets  in Marks and Spencer were horrid. The store detective likes following you around. She made it so obvious. No other place had a jacket I liked. Apricot was a nice store. It's all just hit and miss. Everything looked cheaply made. I'm sure other people would find something nice. But it's not for me.

Apple was founded as Apple Computer Company on April 1, 1976, to produce and market Steve Wozniak's Apple I personal computer. The company was incorporated by Wozniak and Steve Jobs in 1977. Its second computer, the Apple II, became a best seller as one of the first mass-produced microcomputers. Apple introduced the Lisa in 1983 and the Macintosh in 1984, as some of the first computers to use a graphical user interface and a mouse. In 1997, Apple was weeks away from bankruptcy. To resolve its failed operating system strategy and entice Jobs's return, it bought NeXT. Over the next decade, Jobs guided Apple back to profitability through several tactics including introducing the iMac, iPod, iPhone, and iPad to critical acclaim, launching the "Think different" campaign and other memorable advertising campaigns, opening the Apple Store retail chain, and acquiring numerous companies to broaden its product portfolio. Jobs resigned in 2011 for health reasons, and died two months later. He was succeeded as CEO by Tim Cook.  Apple has received criticism regarding its contractors' labor practices, its environmental practices, and its business ethics, including anti-competitive practices and materials sourcing. Nevertheless, it has a large following and a high level of brand loyalty. It has been consistently ranked as one of the world's most valuable brands.  Apple became the first publicly traded U.S. company to be valued at over $1 trillion in August 2018, then at $2 trillion in August 2020, and at $3 trillion in January 2022. In June 2023, it was valued at just over $3 trillion.
