The cafe is cold. Very limited menu. I had to clean my chair asnit was full of crumbs. I saw 2 members of the public apprehend a shoplifter in the foyer. He was held down on the floor and the staff said let him go we can't do anything. The shoplifter was released and stood at the doors whilst the staff asked him if he was OK. None of the staff asked the 2 men who tried to stop the shop lifter if they were OK or offer to replace their shopping which was scattered all over the floor. May as well put a sign up saying shop lifters welcome.
Fresh produce always available. Good selection of ready meals, fresh meats, snacks, cakes and fresh flowers etc. Friendly staff with a smile. Easy self serve at tills. Parking available but not a lot of spaces, can be a issue when shopping mid day.
A fully stocked M&S foodhall location with accessibility including the toilet. Love the shopping experience with ample parking.
Great range clean store. Parking a bit rubbish but you don't wait long
I come in periodically. The car park was very busy today. It accomodates both M&S and Pets at Home. Today I went in. They often have specials. Today there were half prices boxes of chocolates to put away for that December 'C' word!! Or to indulge now. I originally picked up some Turkish delight then changing my mind at the till where the half price chocs were. Cashier was super friendly and helpful. On the whole I class this as a treat visit rather than a regular shop but pleasant visit today none the less.nnFollow up. Sat in cafe with cold tracker and rock hard butter. Not impressed. Simple item. Gordon Ramsay would not be impressed!
