Small car park but free. A reasonable size food hall and a small cafe. Staff are friendly in the cafe and cakes are good. The toilet 1 of was a bit disappointing for M&S, not clean and tired looking. Hand stop though off the M62 better than service station
Faultless service from the staff at Prestwich; Adam and Chris saved the day when they replaced a bag of shopping that had been left by the till and had been picked up by another shopper.nMade our Xmas with their generosity and thoughtful response.
Excellent store , the staff wonderful , nothing is ever to much trouble , big shout out to Haroon , always smiling and happy to assist with any requests
It is a nice little cafe but the staff do not seem to want to be there. We ordered food and were met with a chorus of huffing and puffing and the chef being told ‘they would have their work cut out’ with an eggs benedict, toastie and some fries..nEggs Benedict and toastie were tasty but the cheesy garlic Mayo fries left a lot to be desired. Soggy fries covered in grated cheese and a squirt of Mayo on top.nDefinitely room for improvement, and some customer service skills needed.
I'm a big fan of M&S. We stopped here to grab a few things on our way home. This branch was well laid out and spacious. It has lost a star because of the ridiculous car park. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an accident there every day.
