Great shop for all your essentials for pets. Our Shih Tzus love the AVA Advanced Nutrition kibble for Shih Tzus and the pate in the tin. No issues at all with them refusing to eat which has happened with other brands in the past. They also drink more now as well which is good.
Our usual, local, Pets at Home Store. Quite a good store which we used to use for treats and digestion tablets for our dog. However, more recently, they seem to be always out of stock. Easier to order direct online and get delivered. Great choice of chew and soft toys though!
Been in the store today and we were served by Freya & Barbara who were both excellent. Very patient, very helpful and resolved our issues with my new app. Couldn't have been nicer. The new app, by the way, for Android, does not work as well as its previous incarnation. Thank you girls for your help!
The vets4pets in this pets at Home is exceptional. We have six cats registered with them and have always been happy with their advice and care.
I have a senior collie called Kane, who is just over 14 and I was so upset when he started really to struggling to walk. Fearing the worst I booked a consultation with Vets 4 Pets inside Pets at Home, Prestwich. Kane has been seen on two occasions now by the amazing Pip. I can honestly say that Pip is the best vet that I have encountered in over 20 years, she is so kind, listens to your concerns and takes time to discuss appropriate treatment options. A week later Kane is now walking with a spring in his step and has regained that sparkle in his eyes! Thank-you so much Pip.

This is where we go to get the cat litter. Save yourself time and energy getting the small bags from the supermarkets and paying double in the long run.
Great choice of products and everything that I need for my pet. The guys working at the groom room are amazing, however it’s often difficult to find a staff member on the shop floor to ask for any help. Other than that always get the service I expect:
Holds stock back to seem as if they are running short on products worldwide then put the prices double! Absolutely disgusting.
