Great value for money. Noticed there it rarely more than one checkout open…despite long queues. Have seen customers walk out rather than wait ages for a couple of items.
If you are unfortunate to be behind a customer needing their shopping delivered then we seen to wait an absolute "age" which is not good if you wish to keep custom up!

Great service, great prices, staff are all very friendly and helpful, good stock availability and the option of home delivery at a time convenient to you, open 7 days and free parking.

I'd never give any shop a 5 because they always move where things are and stop doing what I like. Iceland however is well priced and best quality frozen food anywhere. Fresh meat leaves little to be desired though.
