I visited your store yesterday cake hunting for my granddaughters requested birthday cake, I had been around a few stores before looking for the cake. I was approached by a lovely helpful member of staff I later found to be called Nick, who went above and beyond to help me, went to check on stock upstairs. I came away with cake and candles. Very happy 9 year old today. A big thankyou Nick and Marks and Spencer’s, service with a smile, happy customer.
Popped in quickly to buy some grapes. Then had few more things added to the list by text from my wife. Left them with Izzy from customer services and she helped me to get the other items and got me a bag as well. Great positive customer experience - thank you IZZY
I visited your store with my elderly friend today .My elderly friend has never previously visited the heswall store. and was delighted by the general layout of the store lovely wide aisles and the general ease of access around the store . When we arrived at the tills we were served by the most delightful cashier.The young man in question was called Harry .He was very professional with a lovely cheerful disposition and it really helped to brighten both my friends and my day and made a shopping trip a really positive experience and a real valuable asset to your store.Thankyou Harry you really are a lovely young man who really brightened my elderly friends day today .
Lovely staff. Not a big enough food shop as there's lots crammed in and you're continually getting in each others way with your trolley. Car park could also do with being bigger. Be prepared that even if you're lucky enough to find a spot you might then have trouble getting back out, or perhaps that's just me.
Great shop for a quick visit. Plenty of choice and through quickly. Good parking facilities.
