Huge amount of selection on lots of luxury food items and gift selection. Far nicer than Chester city store. Mum and I visited a good few times on way back from Parkgate. Very convenient small simply store. Always loved coming to this Marks.nNice staff also.nnWin and Nicola.
I've always enjoyed shopping here but we visited yesterday and the store was absolutely freezing! I was shopping with my Mum who's a pensioner and she couldn't wait to leave as she was so cold. Needless to say we cut our visit short as it just wasn't an enjoyable experience. We noticed that the store assistants were constantly rubbing their hands together too in an effort to keep warm. This needs to be sorted out ASAP if you want customers to spend more time in the store and spend more money. Sorry!
