Amazing customer service. I pulled up to neston branch as a staff member was getting in his van to drive home. He stopped. Unlocked shop. Helped me find the beads I needed for my daughter's school project then opened up till b4 he could then go thru whole process of locking up again Proper customer service. 5 stars🙂
