Took my grandson on Saturday 23july for his uniform for neston high we were served by a lady called Dot very patient knew exactly what size he was even said if he was to grow from now till August along as we didn't take the tags of trousers we could bring them back and swap for bigger size amazing were else would you get that peace of mind anyone else looking for uniform I strongly recommend cans of Heswall you won't be disappointed with the service they provide
I have just had the pleasure of shopping here for my granddaughters tap and ballet shoes and a wrap around cardigan and vanity case. The service from the lovely lady and gentlemen was second to none.Nothing is too much trouble I will always shop here for all her dance needs. Thank you.
I have always bought my school uniform from Cains ever since my children started secondary school. They sell good quality products and always have your size in stock. It still never amazes me how the staff can look at your child and just know the right size! Staff are always professional, helpful & friendly and completely take the stress out of uniform shopping. Would definitely recommend.
I had been dreading the school uniform shop for year 7 however I am amazed by how painless and quick it was. In and out within 30 minutes. The lady was very knowledgeable and had my daughter at ease. Less than 2 hours from leaving the shop I had a phone call to say the PE kit had been embroidered and was ready to collect. Fantastic service. Let's hope shoe shopping goes as smoothly!
Very old school. You can't browse this shop without having a sales assistant, which for some things is useful but generally it makes customers feel uncomfortable. It is a gentleman's shop and the sports and dance section is very out of place. The staff may be knowledgeable about men's suits and attire but I wasn't shopping for that. It's not really the type of service you want when your with your kids trying to look. Felt a very dated shop and I felt uncomfortable with the service I received.
Good but the quality of school skirts for Upton Hall is terrible, material like paper..If there is an option of a better quality blazer why not an option for a better quality skirt! generally well attended but a bit rushed...All other sports clothes are really good but the jumper and skirt always end up full of bits in spite of hand washing without conditioner these two item must be improved.
Professional Service Everytime. I telephoned the Cains in the hope they could help me choose appropriate attire for a Boho Chic wedding for my husband. I was tearing my hair out trying to decide what would suit a middle age man better suited to wearing a suit or jeans. Andrew Cain was more than helpful and gave me several options even down to the correct shoes. Mr Selfridge would have been extremely proud. The service offered by Cains is beyond any found in a department store, where you are lucky to find an assistant to help never mind some one to advise. I must also mention the staff in Cains shoe shop next door who are equally as helpful. It is always a pleasure to visit either shop. If you have never visited Cains you really must try it. I cannot recommend the shops highly enough.
Excellent service as usual. The staff go out of their way to help. Second year running I have bought uniform from them and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Traditional shop for school uniforms. Very friendly staff. They have a decent collection of sports equipment and men's clothing. Recommended
Came here for school uniform. Excellent professional service. It does get busy but the staff are experienced and work through the queues really well.
