We bought a motorhome from Hamlet in March 23. We found Stuart very helpful and easy to deal with. Something we appreciated was that we didn't experience any of the high pressure sales talk that we had from other dealers we visited. Stuart let us make up our own mind and put up with lots of questions from us. On the basis of our one purchase we would recommend Hamlet.
A very friendly and helpful experience by Stuart there is a good selection of cars sports and camper vans of varying prices upto £40k+ and some really good deals to be had There is also a motorhome rental service for those wanting to get away and explore the wilds
Absolute pleasure to deal with. Bought the car blind and I was not disappointed! Travelled from London to collect and was over the moon with the car - even better in person than in photos. Immaculate service from start to finish - Stu was helpful and informative!

Absolutely blown away by the service I have received from Hamlets, from start to finish. I bought a fabulous Audi A1 from the team at Hamlets and never had any issues from the moment I got the car, as they made the experience really positive and guided me throughout. Sold the car back to them 2 years later and they even came to collect it! Make them your first choice when looking for your next vehicle
Went today 16/07 to collect a car I had seen and proceeded to buy on the Internet. First of all a massive shout out to Lee who was especially helpful and made sure everything was in order. Prior to collecting the vehicle I had been liaising with Stuart who was exceptionally professional and always available to answer even what I thought were ridiculous questions. Kudos to the team for providing such a clean value for money vehicle. All through the process I did not feel pressured to agree to anything and actually this was a car buying experience like no other. Thanks to Stuart and the team not only for the beautiful car but for your professional and friendly manner. A definite would recommend from me.
Great service! Everything was made easy, was able to walk around freely and explore the car in my own time. Took it on a test drive and it was great, any questions I had were answered really well. Stuart helped me with all the admin side of the buying the vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
I've had to go for the middle ground. We accepted a price for our camper van that was quite a bit below what we expected and hoped for. The very professional and helpful salesman explained that there were defects that would require attention before they could sell it on: a new pop-top he went to the office to phone the supplier about a price, and a paint job being the main items. But now I see the camper for sale on the website, exactly as it was when we parted with it, but priced nearly £11,000 more than we sold it for. This makes me doubt the credibility of the salesman, which would certainly dissuade me from dealing with Hamlet again. 'Caveat venditor'
We brought a car from hamlet motors a few weeks ago. The Process was straight forward Stuart and Lee helped with all our questions and informed us with everything we needed to know. Any queries we have had they have always got straight back to us and sorted them out. Great service and lovely car Would highley recommend
If you are thinking of buying another car, make sure you buy it from Hamlet Motors. My wife and I have recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Verso from them and was given the best customer service that I have ever experienced. All Of the staff, especially Stuart the sales advisor were very friendly and helpful making it a smooth trouble free transaction. After driving the car for a few weeks, it developed a problem with the driveshaft. We took the car back to Hamlet Motors and it was fixed without any issues, and was fixed for the following day. The fault wasn’t even covered by the warranty but it was no trouble, and they fixed it at their expense. Really happy with this dealership, it’s not often you find an honest and friendly car dealer that will go out of their way to help you. Thanks for the great customer service, we will return to buy another car from you.
