First time ordering flowers for a surprise to super awesome people! Superb service! I ordered the Florist Choice Hand-Tied Bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday, and they were absolutely lovely! You can give vague descriptions of what you want or colors you want, and they'll follow the instructions very well. As I ordered them I had an image of how they'd look in my head, but the result was way better than I expected! I also contacted them because of some payment issues, and they were very cooperative and lovely people to chat with. I also got in contact with them about a specific delivery time during the day, and they were so kind as to follow those extra instructions. It was also no problem with being from abroad, as I ordered them from Norway. Overall a very lovely experience, and I'll definitely be ordering flowers here again.
Superb service. Couldn’t have been more helpful. I phoned as the ferry docked in Dublin and a dozen red roses with diamanté were delivered by the time I got to Cookstown.
My wife called Yana from Canada to order a flower arrangement for her aunt’s funeral. She believed she had ordered the arrangements to contain a dozen roses. The cost she understood for the dozen roses was £49.99 and with a few extras the total cost was £55 + a further £3 for delivery. Her cousin to whom the flowers were delivered sent a few photos of the arrangement and quite simply there were no dozen roses in fact there were only two cream roses and the rest were an assortment of other flowers. I guess since we ordered by phone over 3 thousand miles away we might never have seen the finished product. I asked my wife to phone and complain but she didn’t think that in her grief over the loss of her aunt that it would solve anything despite clearly being embarrassed at the quality of the arrangement. I would just like to alert any others ordering by phone just how dissatisfied we were with Yama Flowers.
