Great place for shopping, all variety of clothing, they have a coffee shop on the second level which is convenient when out and about with kids, don't forget your m&s card to get scanned after every shop

Staff ok clothing part of shop is very good, with a lift up to the first floor where there's a small cafe, menswear, beauty, children's wear and lingerie, rhe ground floor food court is good now and the rest of the ground floor is ladies wear.

As expected very quiet. Downside not enough people in place at the 1st floor tills. Up to 30+ people waiting. Nobody re-directing them to the ground floor tills which were very quiet.

Horrible experience in the food hall. I was queueing for 5 minutes or so when I was told to re-que as they were closing the till. I didn't even get an apology. It very expensive so they should really think about the customer experience if they want to survive. Aldi do it way better.

Very good m&s cafe very friendly polite staff, coffee was hot! Unlike the Trafford m&s cafe where my coffee and soup was cold excellent covid procedures there was a w my que that went down quickly. Very good jacket potato.

Very nicely laid out store. Not massively pram friendly with aisles quite close together. Also staff aren't responsive on tills when customers waiting a long time. They could easily jump on and serve but for some reason at this branch I've been made to wait twice now and it's not clear as to why other than lack of training/initiative.
