We both had fish and chips and sausage, coffee. Really nice and hot, tasteful and very filling. Clean interior and the staff are exceptionally polite. Highly recommended.

Very good fish and chips. Freshly cooked. Spotless with friendly staff.

I entered this chippy at 7:03 and ordered fish, chips and mushy peas. As she was serving up the chips I asked if I can eat in and she said they stop letting people eat in after 7:00. Yet there was a guy sat there at a table waiting for food. Bear in mind they close at 8 and I told her it will only take me five minutes to eat it, but no. I found a parked bench nearby. The fish was okay, slightly crispy batter and fairly decent sized cod. The chips were nice enough and mushy peas also very good. Slightly pricey when you consider the cod would be twice the size in other places for 50p less. One star because the service and price.

Fish always top drawer here.  Staff very friendly, fast and efficient.  I sometimes feel the chips are a bit soggy. Others might prefer that.  I use them regularly, so I must be happy!Food: 4/5

Food arrived quickly and nice and hot, has to be the best Fish and Chips in the whole of Manchester. let alone Bury. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
