Our favourite doughnuts & lovely coffee. Always our go to if we fancy a sweet treat. Always clean & tidy, swift service & friendly staff. However, we didn't stay or order today, we left because the Halloween special doughnuts just didn't appeal for us. A limited edition selection in keeping with the season is fine, but for me it would have been better had they done them in addition to what they regularly have, unfortunately it wasn't the case. I will wait until Halloween is done & then be back. Recommend
The drinks we ordered were very nice. There was no one in the place other than ourselves which was strange compared to the other places in the vicinity. This was maybe due to the pretty slow service and luke warm drinks instead of hot drinks.Food: 4/5
We visited on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all . Service was good ,clean area and tables. Large windows with seating next to them so you can watch the world go by while having a coffee and a doughnut.
The donuts were delicious, lots of options and all looked fab too. The service in store was terrible. We were rushed to choose our donuts and made to feel really awkward. We chose quickly, paid and moved to the next counter, the same server then asked again which donuts we wanted, like he hadn't listened 30 seconds before! He realised he'd charged us for one more than we wanted, and no apology was made. The seating area inside looked as if it hadn't been swept all day so we gave that a miss.
Not sure what happened to this place, used to be amazing, always had quick service and amazing drinks but lately it’s gone down hill and doesn’t seem like the staff actually want to be there, they moved so slowly, normally in and out within 2 minutes max was stood waiting for over 5 minutes before one of the staff members acknowledged us at all and then another ten minutes after ordering before receiving the first drink. Even noticed a customer before me had ordered a large drink but received a regular and just got told ‘sorry about that’ no options for it to be fixed or even a refund for the price difference.
Service was quick. Polite and friendly staff. Happy to explain fillings, knowledgeable of product, allergens etc. Great food hygiene witnessed.Food: 5/5
Delicious coffee and a variety of yummy donuts!
Donuts in the heart of bury Went there few times and loved everything about this place. I choose my donuts always but last time when they didn’t have the Mr happy my daughter’s favourite donut, the lady just asked me if I can wait few minutes and she got them mr happy freshly made from kitchen. She never said “ NO we don’t have Mr happy today”
We arrived in the store half an hour before closing time and we had free voucher's for beverages. The lady named 'Zainab' told us that they had already shut and cleaned the blenders. She told us we could get unblended drinks. We reluctantly agreed and chose the passion fruit coolata, we were very dissapointed to be met with cordial flavoured drinks. The price of the drink was £4 and surely nobody would pay that much for a 'cordial drink'. Dunkin have lost customers because of how they fobbed me off due to free drinks. I would definitely not recommend.
Went to Dunkin' today at about 4pm. The lemonade drinks were unavailable. Most of the donuts were unavailable. We had one hot drink, one coolata strawberry and shared a donut. I wasn't that impressed if I'm honest.Food: 2/5
