I started using M.B. Jarvie a few years back for my mini, when I was told by a previous garage I was in need of a new EGR valve and was quoted an eye-watering amount. After a quick online search for BMW garage experts, I came across M.B Jarvie. A little less than an eye-watering bill later, and my car has been awesome since. I believe this is my third MOT with them and I have used them for servicing my car. It has taken me a while to leave a review, partly because not much needs done to my vehicle. Also, I wanted to ensure the review I gave would be a good representation of the business for potential future clients. I can assure you that 5 stars is definitely a for this garage. I have found the online booking service very satisfactory; overall services have been great; pricing for the work done to my car to-date is very fair. The level of professionalism and response is very high. I found the mechanic possibly the owner polite and professional. I will continue to use M.B. Jarvie.

Recently had my car in with M. B. Jarvie for the first time and I am highly impressed with the standard of care and communication throughout the process of having my car fixed. Adam is very knowledgeable in his field and was very supportive in answering any questions I had on the repair upon collection. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again in the future for any car issues.

Needed a new set of brakes all round, a fault cleared and a wheel alignment done. Communication was excellent throughout, with very prompt responses for the pricing of additional work being done. One minor hic-up with the brake fluid change a late request on my part and a software glitch, but it was all completed and worked out better for me to collect the car the  next day anyway.  Overall excellent workmanship and communication. Will be back for sure.Services:&nbsp;Wheel alignment

This is the first time I've used MB Jarvie. They were able to service my car and update the Mercedes online service book, thus,  continuing the warranty cover. The communication was clear and precise at all times. I will use this garage again.Service:&nbsp;Auto maintenance

Over the past year I've had brake pads replaced and an MOT at MB Jarvie.  Their communication is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and the price is competitive.  Would definitely recommendServices:&nbsp;Vehicle safety inspection

From other reviews I was expecting great things from these guys, and I was not disappointed. Good comminication, straightforward to deal with and competitively priced. Consequently, my wife's also booked her car in for a service and MOT too!Services:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

I have just had my BMW tracking done at MB Jarvie and I am not happy with the customer service.  I picked my BMW up and I instantly noticed a long scratch along the front bumper, I then walked into the reception and I got a cold unwelcoming atmosphere. I then ask questions about these scratches and Adam asks me where did I park the car this morning? I told him in his front yard. He then shows me a photo of the scratch on his phone which he took at 11am but I dropped the car off at 920am. He also goes on about touch up paint being on the bumper which isn't relevant as other small scratches may have been touched up in the past but this is by passing the two fairly big new scratches on the car which has no touch up paint on it. Adam then says let's check the cameras and again I am asking questions like maybe a customer has done it. He then shows the car going for a test drive and I ask him who is driving the car and he replies me! Why did he ask me 5 mins before where I parked the car when he had taken the car for a test drive? Why is the car going for a test drive in the first place it's booked in for wheel alignment.  The main issue I have is I have asked questions and at no point did I raise my voice or use any profanities. I am entitled to ask questions. They had been in possession of my car for half of the day. From the moment I asked any questions, I was acknowledged with  cheeky comments, profanities and rage. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this Garage.Service:&nbsp;Wheel alignment

Garage with little customer vision, since they are not able to offer you an alternative in case you have an emergency. If you have a last minute thing to fix, don't try here, they won't take your car unless you book at least 2 or 3 weeks in advance on-line... super client focused...  You'll waste your time going there and asking. Also, they won't offer you a last minute solution or recommend another nearby garage. We rarely see such a lack of empathy or desire to engage potential customers. We have stopped by this morning to ask and their response has been evasive.  Luckily, there are many other garages in Glasgow where it's not necessary to book online and they have the car fixed in 24 hours, also probably at a cheaper price.

They did a diagnostic check, found the problem clean spark plug and correctly torque did the repair and extensive road test. Repair was included within the diagnostic check.  The garage is also very professionally managed with good communication with the customer.

Had laser wheel alignment carried out on my Audi Q5. Great service from the team and the full process explained throughout. Car drives as it should now Service:&nbsp;Wheel alignment
