Beautiful historic treasure harking back to Glasgow's former status as the second city of the empire. Worth going inside and taking the tour- gold gilded corridors, luxurious marble, corinthians columns. The place is amazing.

Impressive stairways. And I mean: impressive. Much like watching good art. Never seen anything like that. Great architecture.

This was an amazing free tour in Glasgow. Done at 10:30 and 2:30 daily. We had a lady called Donna as our guide and she was so so good. She was entertaining and so so informative about all sorts of things and interesting facts of Glasgow and Scotland. This tour is 1 hour long. The building is magnificent!

Very charming place especially during Christmas

Very beautiful interior , must visit when you are in Glasgow. There are guided tour at 10:30 and 14:30.

Great guided tour for free! Go early to get on the tour list, explore other places and then come back at the tour time. If you wait until closer to the tour time to register, it’s likely it will be full. Beautiful building!

Crazy beautiful building, like a civic Versailles. Staff very helpful and patient. Free to walk in tour twice a day.
