Florida Motors provide a great service to there customers. Angus and the team had my car booked in for a recent service great communication and really affordable price. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an honest and reliable garage.
Very helpful garage. A lovely lad came out to the New Victoria Hospital car park to help me with a flat battery. From my phone call to me being back on the road was about 20 minutes! Thanks guys!
Misdiagnosed the fault with my vehicle, resulting in me paying £200 for a battery that wasn't needed. They should have tested the existing battery and then they'd have known it was something else at fault rather than wasting my money. Nice enough people but my experience was of incompetence.
I had a fantastic experience with the mechanics at Florida Motors who quickly fixed a turbo fault in my car. They diagnosed the problem fast, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time with their excellent service. I highly recommend them for their efficiency and superb customer care.
I cannot thank Angus and the team enough. Their work is brilliant and highly skilled and they really saved the day for me. Thanks again your help was greatly appreciated. Fantastic garage would highly recommend.
Recently took my audi in to this garage after previously paying arnold clark hundreds for no fix to my issue . 1 visit to the guys at Florida motors and they had my car repaired and returned at lunchtime for a very good price , nowhere near what i paid previously. Angus was great to deal with and could not help me enough , highly recommend this garage . Ryan
AVOID! Very nice guys with not a clue! Most recently we put car in for a service. The guy did an MOT, not a service, then we ended up paying for the service as well. He didn't register the MOT so we shed out almost £400 and now have to pay for another MOT within 6 months of when the last one was done but not registered. Another time we got the car checked over before going to France and on the way back the bottom of the car was literally dragging on the ground. We put it into a garage and they said that Florida Motors must have forgotten to screw in all the screws. Before that we put it in because we thought we had a slow puncture. We were told we didn't. We drove around with the lights telling us the tyre was punctured on holiday a different holiday and when we got back we were told we did have a slow puncture and the springs and everything were gone on one side of the car from driving on it. These guys have cost us SO much time and money but because they seemed nice we kept going back. Save yourself the bother!
Had a nightmare experience with another garage who had left my car in worse nick than it went in, and also fitted the completely wrong parts on my car. Called Florida motors in the afternoon, took it in and they had it feeling brand new by the next morning in time for me going to work. Lifesavers, great price and really courteous service from the mechanics here. I probably won’t take my car to any other garage as long as I live in the area. 5 stars.
I was well received by the very courteous staff member. They did the repair in a timely fashion. I have had no problems since my visit. Thank you Florida motors
