Can't fault this practice friendly triarge service prompt appointment, thorough examination face to face great service all round I've been at this practice over 20 years and the high standards have been consistently good well done to all the staff keep up the good work
Since moving two years ago we have been blown away by this fantastic doctors, we have always been able to quickly get appointments, the drs show true care and follow ups with any illnesses and overall the service from all staff is fantastic.
With all of the negative press regarding Doctors and their team, I just wanted to add my views. This Surgery is and always has been absolutely amazing. Dr Whyte has literally saved my life and I could never Thank her and her team enough. All of the staff have shown nothing but kindness, support with guidance and respect. What more can you ask for. Thank you all so very much for your hard work and dedication to us all God Bless
Phone service is terrible, I just been 60 minutes on the queuing for my turn when finally said my i was 1st in queue, the machine said to give a call later and call ended, really frustrating.
My partner was left with a severely ingrown toenail for about 7 months, just constantly fobbed off with antibiotics. People question why superbugs are developing with immunity to antibiotics, well look no further! They are handed out like smarties when lazy GP's can't be bothered to do their jobs properly and treat the symptoms, not the cause. They point blank refused his multiple requests for a doctor to look at it in person and insisted photos would be enough. The photos sent all show a toe that has a CLEARLY ingrown nail on both sides. Unless I am very mistaken, antibiotics won't remove an ingrown nail. He was told that he was added to the ingrown nail removal surgery, and then told it would more than likely be better for him to PAY and go private as their list was MONTHS! We moved surgery after this and the first phonecall, he was told to come in that morning and the doctor was absolutely appalled it had been left to go that bad for that many months. The referral was made during that appointment and within 3 weeks he visited the podiatrist to have the surgery. The podiatrist was disgusted that the previous surgery Lyppard Grange had not given him proper treatment or made a referral if they couldn't provide treatment themselves. It is honestly shocking. We are both healthcare workers and so on our feet 12 hours a day. During that time, he was just suffering for months needlessly as a result of your negligence and laziness. I think GP practice is correct as more practice is definitely needed here before you can call yourselves healthcare professionals.
Amazing service. Was given my annual flu jab by a lovely lady in a red uniform. Was so surprised as to how quickly the appointment was completed. If you want to get your vaccination which you should, I'd highly reccomend their service
Totally useless and another public service still bleating on about covid. Idiot staff on reception who proved to be a complete waste of my time. Why do we pay our taxes and have to tolerate this level of incompetence
Awful service. Very rude on the phone to me because I couldn't come for an appointment next Tuesday because I work 12 and half hour shifts at the hospital Apparently that's not good enough. REALLY maybe open your bloody doors like everyone else have middle the middle
Awful no appointments even if important
The doctors here are superb and so are the facilities but getting an appointment is now a farce so what point is the former if you cannot get in to see a doctor? There are insufficient staff to answer the phones. You can easily have the phone ring out before you get an answer and if you visit in person to make an appointment the staff actually turn you away saying they cannot make appointments at the desk only by phone.
