Horrendous, you cant get through if you do the odds of seeing a doctor are slim. The reception staff are quite rude on the phone and seem to think they are a qualified doctor. This practice needs some serious work to get it up to scratch.

This place is amazing, the receptionists are always helpful, kind and friendly, The Doctors and Nursing staff are excellent, never had a problem at all. Would not go anywhere else.

Been with this practice for my whole life and one by one the rest of my family have left this surgery for a better one. It is by far the worst doctors surgery in Worcester, I would advise everyone locally to avoid this practice like the plague! In recent years it has become practically impossible to get any kind of appointment with them. You can never prebook an appointment less than a week in advance, despite the fact that they claim appointments are available to book in the morning but within minutes of opening the phone lines all the "bookable" appointments are gone and it's "emergency" only. Then you have to spend all day waiting for a doctor to call you back to decide if you are allowed to actually see someone face to face, then if you're lucky enough you get the appointment for at some point late afternoon so you're whole day is spent revolving around doctor's appointments. And unfortunately if you're one of the people in this world who have to work for a living and don't have job flexibility to be sitting around waiting for a phone call/random appointment time for a doctor you can forget being seen. Yes - Elbury Moor Reception Staff most people have to go to work even when they are feeling ill! Once you're there the doctors are never on time, you can be sat in there waiting for over thirty minutes past your appointment time. Then they barely have time to listen to your complaint before you're being herded out the door again for the next person. They rarely do the most basic checks and in my experience and that of friends and family they doctors often let worrying health changes go undocumented or investigated. You only have to have a quick search through the local paper to see just how terrible this surgery is and in some cases it's cost people their lives. There is no sense of caring and the reception staff are rude and dismissive. God forbid you're put on long term medication, the only time they'll check how you're going on them is if the law changes and they are legally obligated to review the administration of certain drugs as a box checking exercise. You can forget having any kind of regular checks with your blood levels that are essential for certain medications and even if you need a blood test you can be waiting for up to a month to get an appointment and any results from it. The whole place needs overhauling or shutting down to being run by someone who actually has a clue about customer service and patient care. This appointment system is not working, everyone complains about it but still it continues. Listen to your patients and give them a service they can rely on, rather than having people avoid going to the doctors because of the constant battle it is just to be seen.

Never Again this is joke. I was with my son he have big fiver., stomach pain ,he feel very bad .They don't do nothing just like all the time Paracetamol joke.I went with him to hospital and they check blood pressure and sugar. After that doctor sed he have really low sugar he must drink immediately glucose. THANK YOU ELBURY MOOR for good advise paracetamol and Google search 😂😂😂
