Standards have definitely improved, clean and tidy for the time of day it was 3 days before Xmas but registers not properly staffed so till lines are long, supervisors take too long to answer the bells which in turn isn't helping
I rang this morning regarding a pair of trousers which I could not getsize wise in any other store. The office staff were very helpful putting me through to the floor staff and Karen if I've remembered her name properly was extremely helpful. I collected the item whichnwas available and the cashier was very pleasant!! This was a great experience and thanks to the staff in the Newry branch!!!!!
Busy, clean and spacious. Went to spend the last of a xmas voucher. Plenty to chose from.
Great holiday shop selection+and new trends
This is one of my favourite places to shop they have a wonderful fantastic selection on loads of things candles bedding coats jackets nightwear shoes suitcases Collon wool travel lots of things and yes the prices have gone up but still not to bad. The staff always helpful and kind the stores are always clean Oxford st nice and big selection of everything we need this store it’s so helpful
