Absolutely fantastic customer service in Three Newry store with Ryan Hughes. We opened two contracts with three and Ryan had lots of patience and knowledge about what was best for us. Very happy with our experience

Excellent service. Was dealing with a boy called Ryan. He was brilliant with setting up my phone. The store was busy but he still had time to look after me. The manager was also checking in with Ryan to see if everything was okay. Brilliant team work. I Will definitely be back.

Worst customer service...I've went down to my local three store today to block numbers from cold calls from ringing my phone as i was getting harassed by them this never happened to me on O2 and I've been with them 10 years but as soon as I join three I've got nothing but cold calls..so I asked one of the employees to simply stop cold calls going to my phone he was to lazy to help me I didn't stand for it as I worked in the telesales selling phones so I knew there is a way to speak to your customers I wonder how he got a job in three seeing as they say to are all for customer service...it's all because I was on pay as you go if I was on pay monthly he would bend over backwards for me.....
