Easy to book for lunch Sadly no disabled access that I could see; and the restaurant is on the first floor. The food is ££ in price range but the food is expertly delicious and filling, Service is lovely and the servers greeted and checked on us and were very pleasant. Easy to find on Google maps. Pleasant atmosphere with music. The food was swift to be delivered also. Vegetarian options: Tofu and veg options available but please check the menu online for yourself.
Unbelievably tasty. Curry is perfectly cooked. That was our first time at this place and we definitely satisfied. Portions are big and we can't finish it but still you can take it with you~
First time eating here and it was a wonderful experience. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, portions are generous and the food arrives very promptly. Had a great atmosphere too. I would say, if you're looking for a restaurant to sit and relax in a comfy seat, the dining experience here is benches at long tables. Just something to keep in mind if you need a backed chair for comfort.
The food was excellent. Beautiful space. Feels very private and calm, even though you sit on long communal benches. The nicest sushi place in Glasgow I've been to so far.
It's My first time to have japanese food from a proper japanese restaurant and i am so impressed. The decor is minimal with long dining hall syle tables. The kitchen is open which i like. As for the food.... The flavours were amazing. Spicy, not spicy, sushi, noodles, rice, all the gang is here. My favourite was the tempura prawns. HUGE. The staff were a bit awkward but that was down to the language barrier. I take responsibility for that. I will have to learn how to order. The variety of interesting food on offer is wide with a good drinks selection too. Wine, beer and Saki included. I have a new favourite food i think.
The curry has strong curry powder taste that doesn't seem to blend very well. The rice is not Japanese rice standard The aged assistant tofu tasted good but didn't come with grated daikon nor katsuobushi bonito flakes.Food: 3/5
Nice atmosphere with great food. The table layout is spacious, nice open kitchen, staffs are friendly. The menu covers a good variety of food and reasonably priced. The ichiban yaki udon is very delicious, nice portion as well. The food is served fairly quickly. Been here couple times already and will come back to try something else!
Simple Japanese Asian fusion menu. Laid back atmosphere with a mixed crowd. Friendly and efficient staff with quick service. Stopped in for a quick lunch and food was out in 5 minutes! Chicken Gyoza was crunchy and the Beef Udon was good. Came to £16 with a drink and service so not bad for the location
We had the chicken yakisoba and katsu-don and both were amazing! I highly recommend! The only thing to consider is that the seats are benches without backs if that is a problem for you.Food: 5/5
A Japanese restaurant in the Queen's Street in Glasgow. Reasonable choices of food to choose from. Limited drinks menu. Quality of food is fine. Quantity is also good. Food tastes fine. Service is okay. Reasonably priced. Overall nice Japanese option.
