If your looking to improve your strength or just your general fitness, this is the gym for you.  I attend the strength camp. Each 1hr session is planned and lead by Lewis. During the sessions, Lewis will support you to develop your lifting technique and work with you towards your individual fitness goal.

I have been personal training with Lewis for almost a year and cannot recommend enough! The facilities and equipment are excellent. Lewis has helped me push myself further than what I was achieving on my own, and the results I have seen reflect this. He is also really flexible on dates which has been great for me as a shift worker.

Best pt around listens to your needs and he’s very flexible with his busy schedule and actually cares for his clients needs

A big 5 star review for L Quinn personal training. Lewis pushed me beyond my max every session. The sessions were tailored to me and my fitness and confidence really improved. He’s really friendly and supportive and the training was always reinforced with positivity. I loved that I never knew what was coming next so I had no time to worry! I’ve trained in a lot of environments and the personal training from Lewis is of a really high standard at a competitive price.

Fantastic gym! Very friendly environment and the Lewis is great at pushing you in a supportive way. Highly recommend this is the place to use if you want to get into shape.

Only started the strength camp recently but already feeling stronger. Great training plan with a range of different excercises and rep ranges, all overseen by the trainer who gives advice on ways to improve and maximise results. Would highly recommend trying it out.

I have seen great results since starting at Lquinn Strength Camp,the place is very welcoming and the facilities are excellent. There is a good variety to the workout plans and the trainer helps you throughout.

Made to feel very welcome and comfortable from the start whether it's a personal session I book before work or a class at night, I find it so much more rewarding than going to a public gym, not really knowing what workout is best for me. Highly recommended

Lewis is exactly what's needed in a PT! He pushes you to achieve your best.
