Excellent food, wonderfully cooked. Not cheap but the quality of the food is definitely worth it. Very relaxing place to eat, really good music in the background as well. The hake with Thai corn chowder was wonderful. My daughter loved the deconstructed baked cheesecake. Really accommodating with my son's allergies as well.
Fabulous! We were delighted with the service and the food. Highlights had to be the scallop starter and beef. Great wine too. We’d booked an early table for New Year’s eve and weren’t rushed at all, even though we’d stayed quite some time. It was lovely.
One of the absolute best meals of our entire trip to Edinburgh. Everything from the starter to the dessert was perfect. We tried the lamb entree and duck entree and would have given both a 10/10. Service was impeccable as well, and the atmosphere is great. Very highly recommend.
Quaint restaurant serving inventive dishes. The location is great for those visiting Edinburgh as it is just off the royal mile. The service and food were both of a high standard. Requires booking in advance.

Chef was kind enough to take us after hours. The entire staff was that friendly and accommodating to us weary travellers. We ordered several appetizers that were absolutely delicious. Beef with fruit salsa. Salad was light and fresh. Atmosphere is quaint and relaxing. If I am ever back in the city I would go back.
The food plate presentation was great, it's a cozy restaurant with tasty New menus. Try the Hake, very good !
