Very old, dated, dirty gym.The machines are also super old... my guess is more than 20 years old.. ! On top of that the staff are very rude, especially a female personal trainer. Cancelled membership after a month, not worth the money until they refresh and update their machines and equipment in my view.

Swimming pool not in good condition, commented that the pool is not good as my child gets sick every time he swims there, coming from a background as a professional swimmer I have never experienced a child getting this sick over and over , after messaging them they commented that the pool is at the standard but from experience that is not possible

Very nice gym friendly & helpful staff. All equipment is the latest & in good order. Plenty of cleaning materials available to clean down after use.

One rude and aggressive staff member. He should not be dealing with the public. Needs to spend less time weight training and more time doing customer relations training. My children and myself left very upset.

The most dated and scruffy pool I have ever sean even all the lockers don't have lock cylinders in them floor disgusting with cracked tiles
