My Mum has been using the services of Here to Care for some 4 years now and they have been excellent in every way. As well as being there when she needs them they are friendly and always do that little bit extra. Recently when Mum needed daily care Shannon quickly was able to organise the required extra help and this has been a godsend for us. A fantastic company with some wonderful staff who are second to none! Thank you so much. I know Mum misses you all now she is in a full time care home. Keep up the fantastic work. My mother received the best possible care from Tanya and her incredible team . They went over and beyond the call of duty in meeting mums needs and keeping me closely informed if anything was of concern. Their consistent cheery can do attitude was a great start to Mum's day and their ability to ensure that Mum was truly valued and listened to. Although Mum is now in a care home as a family we can only speak very highly of Here to Care who really do go that extra mile in giving our loved ones the time, consideration, love and respect they deserve. We are so pleased that we found Tanya and her team for my mother in law. They are so friendly and incredibly helpful! They manage to do so much in the time they have with her and still find time to have a nice chat. She absolutely adores all the team and really looks forward to seeing them each day. It is a real relief for my wife knowing that her mum is happy and in such capable hands. Everyone is happy and upbeat and nothing is too much trouble. Nurse buddy is a fantastic app too as it is so easy to communicate with Tanya and the team. We are very grateful to you all. Thank you Here to care!
We enlisted Tanya and her team to help care for our Dad 18 months ago. He has 24/7 care and Tanya’s team come in one day a week to provide cover on the other carers day off. However, we feel they have formed a very important part of this care as they not only treat my Dad with dignity and respect but also keep an eye on my Mum who has struggled with the changes to their lives. I have no hesitation in recommending this team and give a big thank you to Mel and Sharon who now feel part of the family .
Tanya and her team looked after my father for more than three years by providing various levels of care until his recent move to a Residential Care Home . They have always shown a professional and caring approach to all his needs and in recent months have virtually become part of the family. The key to our relationship was team work and the level of communication was second to known. We cannot praise them high enough. Here to Care certainly deliver according to their name ! I posted the review below a year ago and am glad to say that with the continued support of Tanya and her team my husband has progressed so well that we no longer need carer visits.. Here to Care have been amazing throughout our journey and held my hand when I needed it. Today was our last visit and I must thank Tanya, Suzie and all of the team for showing kindness, respect and good humour. We will both miss you guys. “My husband returned home after having a stroke in 2020 and Tanya and her team were there to support us from the very beginning. They come in daily to help with getting out of bed, showering and dressing but also provide reassurance and experience as we adapt to our new situation. My husband is often grumpy in the morning and they leave him with a smile on his face, he really enjoys their visits. They have been a godsend in a difficult situation and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. We have been very lucky to have Tanya and her team behind us, thank you “Here to Care“
Tanya and her team looked after my dad for just over two years before he had to recently move into a care home due to needing 24 hour care. During this time the care staff were always respectful and all of dad's care needs were met. He built up a great rapport with all of them and really looked forward to their visits. His care was always paramount and dad always felt safe and secure. They got to know dad's likes and dislikes and of lot of staff went above and beyond to make sure dad felt secure. They were always contactable on the phone if any queries arose and we also had access to an app which was invaluable as it would show us how dad was that day, what he ate etc and generally put our minds at ease as we don't live locally. Dad will really miss all of the staff and my sister and I cannot thank Tanya, Steve and their wonderful team enough.
Its a great honour to be part of such an incredible team. Tanya and Steve are the most amazing bosses and both are always there to listen when you need them. I have been in care work for over 10 years but stopped for 8years when I had my children. I came back into care work in June with here to care and have never looked back. I work the hours to suit around school hours. Its a privilege to work for here to care and to also look after all our lovely clients.
Tanya and her team have been helping my mother look after my father following a recent stroke. The quality of care my father has received has been fantastic. The carers are friendly, professional and whilst caring for my dad have been a great support to my mum.
The team looked after my mother for a few months until her passing. Compared to the first care firm we used who seemed to be just doing their job and not really giving mum the attention she needed we decided to change care firms, Here to Care were like a team of angels not carers, they looked after mum with dignity, made her laugh, looked after all her needs going above and beyond, prepared to extend their visit if need be to ensure all necessary care had been completed. Mum would look forward to every visit and they were a very important part of her life in her final months. I have nothing but respect for all at Here to Care and wish you all the best for the future. Highly recommended.
