You have to listen and press 4 options just to get through to another automated service that tell you what que position you are in. Then having waited half hour get told to ring back 8.30 Monday morning...what so I can sit there for another half hour and you to tell me all the appointments for that day have gone call back tomorrow?? Utter BS!

Giving them 1 star is being kind. Any time you try and ring them the call just gets rejected, you also have to ring about 7 times to even try speak to someone and once you do the person on reception thinks they are a trained nurse telling you what do. Then tell you they have no appointments and ring back tomorrow. When you ring back the next day you just get the same message. I have been trying this for 4 days and even been in to see someone and got turned away. When i went the walk in and got seen to by a nurse they told me I need to be seen right away but the surgery don't seem to be bothered.

Bunch of Quacks: The doctors here change the medication on your repeat prescription without any warning (or your consent or knowledge). Sometimes that change is for the worse, so please check your repeat prescriptions. The reception provides very poor service. Some days ago, I asked for a repeat prescription slip. The receptionist gave me one without any boxes to tick in!

This place is a joke take ages for somebody to pick up the phone and never got appointments but when you go and the place is empty

Unless your at deaths door with an appointment forget it weeks before you get see a Doctor
