The service is excellent. Super friendly. And the food is decent value. It’s as it describes on the menu. Not pushing any boundaries. As you would expect. Lots of daily specials! Great offers. I would go back.
This was the first time I had been there, I attended the American car and custom meet on a Sunday morning, all the staff were very friendly and I had a breakfast and coffee, the pub was spotlessly clean and I will definitely be going back.
Out the blue meal and we choose here at longshore ,great service ,nice staff efficient quick and polite ,the food was excellent the fish was that big I couldn't eat a pudding ..it was that good..Great big potions .lovely atmosphere..Will come back .xxThanks TDMEDIUM .XX
Waiter didnt listen to our order it was incorrect when the food came out. We had to send something back and remind staff we were waiting on that meal and another item.We are currently waiting on puddings that are taking an hour to come out! If you order vegan you need to make sure they have served you vegan, ask if you are unsure. Drinks and food have been good, its just been the service.
I had the hunters chicken, which was very nice. My other half had the Sunday roast and I was disappointing, the veg looked and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for a long time. The service was very good though. I would go again just not have the roast.
Pub grub. Burgers, pizza, salmon steaks, pies and chips. Moderately priced. We enjoyed a lovely family pre Christmas lunch there. Like a lot of places it seemed short staffed and took a while to deliver the food. Plenty of good car parking and nice location. Child friendly.
Ate there on Friday evening. It was busy but young lady greeting us red dress, black pattern secured us a table straight away. Service excellent Zoe - thank you, all staff friendly helpful and very welcoming. Drinks and food orders taken in a timely manner. Food very good, hot, tasty and well-presented. Excellent value for money. Thank you.
I'd wanted to try this place for years! Nice location, nice looking inside and out, Nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. Good range on the menu, choice as you would expect for pub food. Only disappointment was chicken burger was fried chicken, no healthier and tastier plain chicken breast option.
After arriving this evening around 7 for an evening meal with me and my friend, we was greeyed by a very happy young woman, we didn't catch her name but she had red hair, after which we went to our table, we was told it was table service, we couldn't see our waitress only the woman who greeted us, after 20 minutes of waiting she finally came over, she took our drinks order and we then proceeded to wait over 15 minutes for 3 drinks there was 2 tables in on a Sunday night! Went to the bar to chase our drinks and the barman was just messing around with the woman who took our drinks order. I think the staff need training, I would give more for the lady that seated us, will not be returning again.
Drinks were good. Food tasted amazing but table service could of been quicker. Fries came out cold and the member of staff who dealt with it was brilliant and got me fresh hot food out Good pricing
