Went here late Saturday night after attending a Blues Gig at The Pavilion Theatre. We had looked at the takeaway menu in the window earlier that day and as we were stopping nearby thought we'd give it a try. Firstly I would say that it is a bit confusing as the menu we were presented with bears no resemblance to the menu displayed in the window and there are no prices on it. We were presented with a dish of prawn crackers that we didn't order I am afraid these were the best part of the meal! My Hubby ordered chicken in black bean sauce with boiled rice and I ordered Cantonese style sweet and sour chicken with chips. Hubby had a pint of lager and I asked for tap water. Hubby said his meal was worst Chinese he"d ever had - the chicken was slimy. My meal was just lumps of batter I couldn't even taste any chicken inside! We were charged £26 which was disgusting we thought. Will never eat their again what a rip-off!

I've had Chinese before from here and never went back as for I got food poisoned the next day which other people also complained about as for they got food poisoned from there too! Rice tasted like it was microwaved, The chicken balls was okay and the sauce was average. Very lovely staff, can't complain about that, Just the food was a let down :(

Fantastic meal. Too much for me so my wife and I got it packed and took it with us. Staff fantastic and attentive. Will come back again when I’m in Whitby
